Lindsey received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of California San Francisco. Her special interests include behavioral health, adolescent health care, and childhood obesity.
Lindsey's past pediatric experience includes several years working with behaviorally and emotionally challenged children and adolescents, and several years working as an RN and case manager for children with cancer and heart problems.
Originally from the Midwest, Lindsey has recently relocated to Minneapolis from San Francisco, California. Lindsey believes in family centered health promotion and prevention and is excited to follow in the footsteps of her mother-in-law, Dr. Jane Van Roekel, the founder of Dakota Pediatric Clinic.

Nicolle received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her special interests include infant care, childhood obesity, and adolescent health.
Nicolle's past pediatric experience includes several years working with infants, children and adolescents as an RN both in hospital and outpatient settings in Minnesota, Bermuda, and Pennsylvania.
Originally from Blaine, MN, Nicolle relocated to Inver Grove Heights from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 2 years ago with her husband and 2 cats. She enjoys working with parents and families to help promote wellness and preventative care. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, and reading.

Dr. Rider has cared for children with complex and chronic illnesses, but also greatly enjoys preventative care. An author of three children's books and a family literacy advocate, Dr. Rider enjoys teaching families about infant brain development and the importance of reading to children.
As a mother of four, Dr. Rider understands the uncertainty of new parents, the challenges of working parents, and the joys and fears of watching children grow into adulthood. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is getting to know families and helping them assure that their children grow up healthy and strong.
